Teleoptix

is a company born in December 2003, belonging to the Italian Compel Group, located in Vimercate (Mi) Italy. Currently Teleoptix employs about 140 people.
The branching out of the Micromodules Packaging Division of Alcatel Italy gave rise to the company.
The combination of the over 15 years of experience in Hybrid Technologies of the Engineering and Production teams lead Teleoptix to be able to satisfy a very wide range of demands in packaging solutions of MCM, Hybrid and COB applications for System Integration in Micro Electronics.

Teleoptix offers to its customers the flexibility of a very expert engineering team, highly customer oriented, capable to understand needs and requirements in terms of quality, throughput and reliability.
Teleoptix production line is characterised by clean room environment (class 10000 F.S. 209 E) of about 1250 sq.m. based on automated assembling and testing equipments.
Teleoptix also offers a complete technical support to develop prototypes and quickly convert them into a fully automated production flow.
